In the United States we have Christians using the idea of religious liberty to make a law for themselves or to undermine things they don't like. Basically anything that is contrary to them running society is seen as a "liberty" issue. I think the real objective is to force the Indian military to get rid of their temples. 

The Christian media is really targeting India. I think that U.S. President Donald Trump's threats to Nigeria has gotten them motivated to target other nations.
