Indigenous Christians are usually best suited to reach people from their ethnic group because they understand the culture. That’s the principle behind On Eagles’ Wings, a division of Hutchcraft Ministries.

Director Brad Hutchcraft says OEW’s Leadership Center is typically filled with Native youth from North America. But last year, the center received a student from Mongolia.

“He wanted to learn how to lead a ministry among Mongolian youth back home,” Hutchcraft explains.
